New to TheraTogs and looking for a manageable starting point?
The Posture and Torso Alignment (PTA) System is a starter TheraTogs subsystem that focuses on functioning trunk alignment and postural control in daily life.
Two close-fitting garments plus a small strap set give you a stable sensory base and gentle alignment guidance through the torso, without asking caregivers to manage a complicated setup.
Clinicians use PTA to help with issues such as hypotonia, flexible kyphosis or lordosis, pelvic tilt, and poor postural endurance, always in the context of therapist-guided care.
The aim is not to hold a fixed posture, but to support wear-it, live-it, learn-it practice of better-organized trunk control across the day.
Curious whether PTA fits your caseload? Visit our website to review clinical indications and fitting guidance—and explore our clinician loaner program if you’d like to trial the system in your own setting.
If you’ve heard colleagues mention TheraTogs but don’t yet feel confident about when or how to use it, our free clinical webinars are your best starting point. These sessions are geared toward clinicians who are new to the system and want clear, practical orientation—not one-off case consults.
In each webinar, we walk through:
1️⃣What TheraTogs is and how it works as a soft, exo‑muscular garment and strapping system
2️⃣Typical indications and contraindications across neuromotor and postural presentations
3️⃣How to think about system selection, sizing, and basic donning/strapping principles
4️⃣Available trainings and resources if you decide to integrate TheraTogs into your practice
We reserve time for general Q&A so you can ask about fit, comfort, wear schedules, and training pathways—but we don’t dive into individual patient treatment planning in this format.
For clinicians who leave the webinar thinking, “I’d like to see what this looks like on my patients,” our loaner program is the next step. It lets you trial TheraTogs systems in your own setting, with your own clinical reasoning, before making larger purchasing decisions.

TheraTogs isn’t just something clinicians “try” — it’s a modality supported by clinical research. This study adds to the growing evidence that strategic garment and strapping use can improve postural alignment and movement outcomes in children with CP.
As clinicians, we owe it to our patients to stay curious about the evidence behind the tools we choose. Research-informed practice helps us make stronger decisions, explain our recommendations with confidence, and provide care that is both thoughtful and defensible.
If you use TheraTogs—or you’re considering it—let this be your reminder to look at the evidence and keep building your clinical reasoning around modalities that are backed by more than anecdote.
