I have had a client fall for this scam already. It looks like an email from the Geek Squad and this one got into her computer to "support" her - tried to charge a ton of expensive Amazon things. Luckily amazon saw the activity as suspicious and when the "tech" asked for her bank information she realized she was being scammed and shut everything down.
