In over 23 years of studying the human experience and relationships, I've discovered that the real secret to success is not about trying to add more knowledge or skills or things into my life.

What I've discovered, is that the real secret to success is about how open and available are mind, emotions, and body are to receiving what it is that we desire.

We can muster up a tremendous amount of energy to go after what we want and we may even find a way to achieve it. Whether we are able to keep it, sustain it, or not is dependent upon our inner conditioning.

What's even more interesting is that more open and receptive we are within, the more ease and freedom we have in attaining what it is we truly desire.

I see so many people trying so hard to get what they want. Trying to fix themselves, paying lots of money for various systems, and bring themselves out trying to achieve things that they think are going to bring them happiness.

They become addicted to the chase. They lack the ability to really experience joy and their achievements. They aren't present. They're always running to the next thing. Looking for the next shiny object that would give them a sense of satisfaction only to find that it's not enough.

When I've discovered is that everything we're looking for is already right here and right now present within the deepest recesses of our being. It is simply been covered up by all the conditioning we've received and then sustained by our habits and actions.
