Breathe in your wins for the year and exhale the challenges and anything that cannot travel with you in your new era. How are you really feeling? Let it all out, then rest and recharge ⚡️.

If you speak/complain on a problem but aren’t doing anything to change it, shift it, educate about it, and/or stop it… you are part of the problem. If you don’t know how to help the problem go away, they start by healing yourself inside and out.

You hate the pollution- stop adding to it, clean some of it up, spend/invest in places helping the environment

You hate the laws/govt- get into politics, learn the actual laws, give ppl their power back, learn how to defend yourself

You hate how unhealthy you/others are- start exposing the truth, help your loved ones (no force or judge), get involved in the food/agricultural industry, hold companies/businesses accountable, learn some anatomy

I could go on but moral of the story is be the change you want to see otherwise you are the problem.
