5 Ways I Set Myself Up for a Successful Week on my Health & Fitness Journey 🌿💪

It’s all about balance, planning, and a little flexibility! Here’s how I make sure I stay on track:

1️⃣ Meal Planning: I start by checking what we have on hand and building our meals around that—less waste, more thoughtful choices! 🥑

2️⃣ Meal Prepping: Prepping snacks & meals ahead makes it easy to grab healthy options when life gets busy. 🙌

3️⃣ Exercise Planning: I schedule my workouts at the start of the week (or day) so I’m ready to get moving! 🗓️

4️⃣ Flexibility: Life happens! I know that plans may change, and that’s okay—I go with the flow. 💫

5️⃣ Balance Over Perfection: It’s not all or nothing! I’m all about progress and a balanced approach that works for me. ⚖️

Where have I been?! Soaking up these two cuties. The last 6 months have flown by. The transition from 1 to 2 kiddos has been a wild ride, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Haley loves being a big sister, and Parker just loves… well, everything! Other than having a troublesome tummy, Miss Parker James is such a joy in our lives. Her smile lights up a room, and she is generally a super happy baby.

It’s been fun watching these girls grow and I can’t wait to see how their sisterly bond grows with them for years to come.

Here we are, 6 months postpartum and my brain is starting to come back online again. I’m ready to TRY and carve out some time for myself, get back to being more intentional with my diet and movements when I can.

My promise to myself is to be kind and gentle, giving myself some grace in this special yet challenging season we are in. I wake up everyday and keep going and striving to be better because of these two beautiful girls.
