Job Opening – Customer Service Lead

Time: Full-time – 35 hours per week Salary: $18-21/hour
Benefits: Health insurance, paid vacation, holidays and personal days
Hours: 9 am - 4 pm, Monday - Friday
Location: 400 Lodi Street, Syracuse, NY (near Northeast side of Syracuse)

We are looking for a dynamic, creative person to join our customer service team to help us meet the political moment, and prepare for the future.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate SCW’s customer service work
* Assist customers in the store, on the phone and online
* Find creative solutions to customer concerns
* Enter orders into the computer
* Partner with Operations Manager to oversee PT staff, train and supervise seasonal staff (fall)
* Manage wholesale customer relationships
* Share in broader office and online tasks, errands
* Participate in transition to a worker cooperative
