I know it took me awhile to understand this. I complained everyday about my job until I started looking at it with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Now, I can see that I’m not just adding value to the company but, they’re also adding value to me (without them even realizing it 😭). Now I’m like “Ok, this is how I won’t run my business” and “Ok, this is just building up my customer service knowledge” etc.

Start turning those complaints into lessons.
