Came home with some beautiful shells, new memories… AND a big bag of rubbish we collected off the beach! Because loving where you live also means protecting it! So grateful for this coastline. And beyond thankful for my Shorebird Rescue Teammate Cindy who made this day both magical and meaningful. 💗

Swaying in the hammock today, listening to the breeze and the pond fountain, I find myself feeling incredibly grateful! Grateful for my health, for quiet moments outdoors, and for the simple joy of being surrounded by nature as we head into the season of thankfulness.

If you’re able, take a few minutes to step outside, breathe deeply, and let a little sunshine find you. It’s amazing what nature can reset. 🥰
