A lot of work went into transforming this yard,

Tore old grass completely up. Added top soil and leveled, valve manifold was rebuilt and replaced along with new zones added and existing zones and sprinkler heads re-ran and installed.

32 pallets of centipede sod was installed along with over 400 bails of pinestraw.

Pavers, plants and small grass was planted and installed.

Full surface cleaning was done to the driveway, sidewalks and pool patio area.

Also installed a firepit area with a walkway

It’s been a great feeling getting this one completed and we are ready to start the next!
