About my extracts:
This batch of vanilla has been extracting for 18 months. The Bourbon-cured vanilla beans used come all the way from Madagascar, and are of premium Grade A quality. *Beans have been ethically sourced.* They are extracted for a minimum of 18 months in only premium quality French vodka, and then decanted only to fulfill orders. My extracts are at least double the FDA guidelines for extracts, so it is more than twice as strong as standard store-bought vanilla extract so you'll need half as much in your recipes.... unless you're like me and just make it extra vanilla-y! 😃

Made with organic and ethically sourced grade A Bourbon-cured vanilla beans from Madagascar, this extract has that classic vanilla taste with hints of cream, caramel, and butter. Authentically and naturally aged for over one year, this gourmet vanilla extract has not been exposed to heat or any mechanical extracting processes.

All vanilla extracts made by earth & oven are a "double fold" - they contain twice the vanilla as standard retail vanilla extracts, so you'll only need half as much for your recipes! Or use just as much as you normally would for a truly exceptional vanilla flavor.
