How do you support both leaders and employees?
A lot of workplace issues happen when there’s a disconnect between intention and experience.
Leaders are constantly trying to move the business forward and employees are trying to feel supported, informed, and valued.
My job is often helping bridge that gap through communication, structure, guidance, and practical people strategies that support both sides of the workplace experience. By helping create alignment between people, communication, expectations, and business goals, decisions are thoughtful and consistent for everyone involved.
