You don’t need a new outfit for the event… it’s okay to rewear the same thing again. You are beautiful in your favorite outfit anyway!

"After becoming a mother during a time of isolation in the pandemic, I lost myself. Art brought me back to life."
Basler.Art knows this community because she IS this community. Blue Dot Ambassador. Artist. And the person behind this week's limited-run collection benefiting perinatal mental health.

Lindsey's work was shaped by a pandemic pregnancy, a traumatic birth, and postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD that quietly took the creative practice she had carried most of her life. Getting back to art became the path through. Now she uses it to make space for every mother who needs to feel seen without having to justify what she carries.

The items are limited and will only be available through Friday. Every purchase funds PSI's peer support, helpline, and training programs.

Link in bio will take you to the shop. Run, don’t walk!

And my big news is…. 🙌

is a Blue Dot Ambassador who works tirelessly to advocate for perinatal mental health.

She's also a truly gifted artist. And like a lot of people in this community, she found a way to say the things that were hardest to say… through what she creates. (Keep an eye out for her story!)

This week, she's graciously sharing her powerful work with us!

For 96 hours (now through Friday, 5/15), a limited run of tees, water bottles, sticker sheets, and notebooks, featuring Lindsey's original artwork, is available. All profits go directly to PSI.

My house is not aesthetic. There are dishes in the sink, laundry in questionable piles, and at least one snack wrapper living its best life under the couch.

But today… there are blue dots everywhere. 💙

On toy shelf shelves. On my laptop. On things that definitely weren’t meant to be symbols but became them anyway.

Because from May 8–10, we’re doing something small that actually matters:

✨ Spot It. Share It. Support It. ✨

SPOT IT: Find a blue dot (or make one). Take a photo. Post it with and tag ..messy homes welcome and real life required.

SHARE IT: Tag 3 people so they know that perinatal mental health disorders are the #1 complication of childbirth. Your tag might be the reason someone feels less alone.

SUPPORT IT: Check out postpartum.com/bluedot and make a donation if you can.

This isn’t about perfection… it’s about visibility, connection, and showing up anyway.

So here’s my unaesthetic, very real contribution. now i’m tagging you in! 💙 .is.savage

Today is World Maternal Mental Health day! In the pictures below I am suffering from multiple maternal mental health disorders. One photo I’m smiling and having fun at the zoo, but I was still suffering. Today I am doing so much better and want to spread as much awareness as possible!

If you’ve been feeling off since having your baby — anxious, exhausted in a way sleep doesn’t fix,
disconnected from the person you used to be — please know:
