Research has shown that one of the biggest predictors of success is your social capital (who you know and your network). That same research shows that women and minorities have access to less and different social capital.

RISE is on a mission to change that by building a powerful community of smart, strong, successful women.

With the transition of our nonprofit taking over operations of the workspace, RISE is looking for volunteers whose focus would be on getting to know our community and being the first person people see when they walk in.

In exchange for volunteering once a week, RISE will provide a FREE membership.
