The Work with Bryan

Join us this Saturday for our In-person class on The Work of Byron Katie. This workshop is open to everyone; some therapists will also be in attendance and will earn 6 CEUs. After an introduction, there will be opportunities for participants to facilitate each other through a Judge your Neighbor Worksheet. These worksheets can be very freeing! People report a lessening of resentments and grudges, and a deeper feeling of peace.
The Work is a process to help people overcome stressful judgements and beliefs. This process uses the criticisms we have of others to help us find greater freedom and heal broken relationships.
