I spent a month in Mongolia this past May working on a story about the culture and history of the country's most consumed alcoholic beverage vodka. Will keep you posted on when it's out sometime in 2026.

Have been deep in research over these past six months with work on two articles for WWII Quarterly: a look at the behind-the-scenes investigations that led to the Japanese American Internment and another about a 99-year-old looking back at his experiences as a bombardier aboard a B-17. What an honor it was to meet and interview this amazing man. Both stories are completed and will be in upcoming issues in the magazine.
