MacDonald Building is looking great. We have walls on the 5th floor! There are some really cool details about this building! Each apartment has over 10 foot tall ceilings. We have 52 one bed apartments and only 4 two beds. Opening just in time for the soccer season!

Completed in December of 2020, but my first time seeing the finished project. I visited in March 2020 while under construction, but a couple things happened since then.

This is Residences at 57 South in Concord, NC. It is a beautiful building that is now 100% leased. We converted a former bank building into 17 apartments and first floor commercial space. I am looking forward to the next one in Concord. A lot of building going on in Concord!
