We are Hiring – Garage Door Technician (Will Train the Right Person)

Straight Up Garage Doors is a small, locally owned residential garage door company in the St. Louis area. We’re growing and looking to add a dependable person to our team.

Experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, reliable, and serious about a long-term career choice, not just a job.

What you’ll do (residential work only):
• Install new residential garage doors (including removal of old doors)
• Install new garage door openers
• Repair existing garage doors
• Perform spring replacements
• Service and maintain existing doors
• Visit prospective customers’ homes to measure and assess new jobs

This role may be a good fit if you:
• Are mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
• Can safely unload and handle a garage door from a truck rack
• Are comfortable with physically demanding work and ladders
• Show up on time and take pride in your work
• Are professional and respectful with customers

Job requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Willingness to pass a drug test

• $50,000 starting salary
