Help Bring Gomez Home
03/22/2019
Hey everybody,
Long time no talk. Life here in KC has been going 100 miles a minute it seems. I can’t believe it’s been about 4 months since I’ve held my bubby.
Gomez, we still look for you, we still hope to find you. We haven’t given up.
Thank you to everyone who continues to share found dogs with us. Each time, it lifts our spirits a bit to know he is being remembered and looked for by so many. 11 days from now is his 4th birthday. I wish more than anything that we get our boy home to celebrate.
As some of you may have seen, a few weeks ago, I thought we found Mr. Gomez. I would have bet my life on the fact that it was him. I was running around the house, packing the car, shaking and crying my eyes out. When we got confirmation that it wasn’t him, I was devastated. It felt like losing him all over again. I hope that soon, we get to have that feeling again. I still have his things packed in my car. I’m ready to drop everything and drive that way if/when we get that phone call.
Without you guys keeping an eye out, that post may have never been shared with us. Even though it ended up not being him, we want to thank and encourage everyone to send any and all pups that could be him our way. We are so grateful to all of you. We couldn’t do this without you. We are hoping that the warm weather may bring some tips or even coax our little fighter out from where he is.
Sorry for the jumbled nature of this post. Really missing my baby boy today.
Thank you all. ❤️❤️
Come home buddy.

This pup looks a lot like our Gomez and is missing, it’s pulling at our heartstrings! Keep a look out!!
Auggie got out this morning and has been missing for a couple hours. We are out looking for him but if you find him call 314-471-7346 or 636-212-0876. He has the same bandana and tag on as in the picture. We haven't had a new tag made yet. He is micro chipped but it hasn't been switched to our name yet. Hey everyone!
Gomez’s big sister, Joey, has started doing something that breaks my heart every time. We have a breezeway that is closed off to get outside and Gomez’s kennel is currently being kept in there. Anytime we open the door to let the pups in there to get outside, she runs over and smells it before heading out the door to the yard. She misses you, bub! Find your way back to us!!
This snowstorm has certainly slowed down progress with the hunt for Gomez. We either have a hunkered down pup or if he is with someone, I’m sure they aren’t out for a walk in the mess.
We are still looking for you bubba!
