โฃHow to optimize Facebook ads to increase sales ๐Ÿ’ตโ €

When I'm checking in on a client's newly launched ads, I ask myself:โ €

"Which audiences are performing best?"โ €
"Which ads are performing best?"โ €
โ €
How I determine that indicator of "best performing?" Well...it depends. The campaign objective has big implications on whether I'm looking at the click-through-rate or the frequency metric first, for example.โ €

Once I identify the key metrics that indicate performance of the audience/ads, I compare those metrics to the other active audiences/ads.โ €

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ If I see an opportunity to improve the performance of an ad, I change ONE variable at a time and test that change against the original. The key ad variables include the headline, creative and copy.โ €

It's important to change only one variable at a time, so you can know for sure whether that change made a difference in the ad's performance or not! Then, you keep note of that data so you can use it to your advantage moving forward. ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿปโ €

You can't fully step into the CEO role of your business until you have systems in place that set you up for *consistent* business.โ €

You want to spend all day on a Tuesday mapping out your new offer, course or making plans for team expansion. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผโ €

But, if you don't have business coming to you in the background (i.e. leads on autopilot) on that day, your business isn't moving forward. Your business is dependent on your time & energy to continue to grow & scale. โ €

Truly, you don't have the *privilege* to be in CEO-mode under those circumstances. ๐Ÿ˜ฎ At least not for the majority of your time.โ €

I do believe CEO work is good and necessary (& super fun), but there's a balance when you're growing & scaling. (Also, I'm an enneagram 9 btw so sharing polarizing opinions feels a little out of body so thnx for sticking with me LOL).โ €

OKAY SO. You want to reach your next-level revenue goal, which requires you to invest let's say 5x more in time and energy to generate more business. OR, it requires you to finally roll out that new offer that brings recurring revenue...but you have to have the time and space to be CEO in order to map that out..remember? UGH. ๐Ÿ˜ฉโ €

So how can you step into CEO while business comes to you consistently in the background?โ €

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Run targeted Facebook & IG ads to an audience matching your ICA and offer something of value to get them on your email list.โ €

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Nurture your email list as it grows, continuing to add value while also running ads that retarget (AKA "follow around") those new leads from step 1, reminding them of your amazing offer and inviting them to take part therefore continuing to make more sales, sign new clients and drumroll... meet your next-level revenue goal. ๐Ÿ’ตโ €
