Yesterday, United 4 Children alongside Navigate STL Schools was proud to receive the Spirit of Delmar Divine Collaboration Award. United 4 Children and Navigate STL Schools announced our intent to merge last year, creating one unified organization dedicated to helping Missouri’s children and families thrive from birth through graduation.
This is our second Spirit of Delmar DivINe Collaboration Awards in back to back years. The recognition means so much to our team and reflects the heart, dedication, and passion behind our work supporting children, families, and early childhood educators in our community.
Thank you to the Delmar DivINe for this honor and for being such a strong partner in lifting up the power of collaboration to improve the wellbeing of children and families in St. Louis!

A few weeks ago, Navigate STL Schools and United 4 Children announced our intent to merge, creating one unified organization dedicated to helping Missouri’s children and families thrive from birth through graduation.
Together, and rooted in shared values, we’ll ensure:
âś… More children are ready for kindergarten and beyond.
âś… Families experience a seamless continuum of support from early childhood through high school graduation.
âś… Educators and schools know how to support children AND families in their educational journey.
Our teams are already working side by side to align programs, operations, and communications. Moving forward, updates about Navigate's events and services will come through U4C's channels as we bring our work together under one umbrella. We encourage you to follow U4C's channels to stay up to date on the latest news and events!
