That was Dan Cline long before his current role as COO of 4M Building Solutions.
Dan sold his small Kansas City-area business, Mid-America Pro Clean, to 4M in 2001. That hands-on background, though, is exactly what shapes how we lead today. He sat down to talk about those early days and what they taught him.

Cindy joins 4M with a focus on growing our Exterior Building Services (EBS) division across Florida—including high-rise window cleaning, waterproofing, and pressure washing— alongside our full suite of commercial cleaning and janitorial services for clients.
She brings a dynamic background in business development, franchise ownership, and relationship-building to the role. Most recently with a Tampa-based landscape and property care company, she also spent nearly a decade as a multi-location Anytime Fitness franchise owner, with both clubs ranking in the top 10 worldwide among more than 4,200 locations. Her background includes a stint with a global leader in restaurant and retail franchise development.
Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Cindy is married with four sons. Outside of work, she is an artist currently creating large-scale flower sculptures and is an avid nature lover. And yes, she once won a free Mary Kay car.
