Alara Healing

Hello Friends,

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve written. Please know—you’ve been in my heart the whole time.

I recently moved into a new home, and with so many inner and outer shifts unfolding, I needed a little space to integrate it all. I’ve missed being in connection and I want you to know: I didn’t mean to leave you hanging. Sometimes we just have to flow with the river of life when it rises, churns, and carries us somewhere new. I’m so grateful for your presence here, and you can expect to see me more regularly again now.

As we prepare to gather in the sacred waters of Bali, I recall last year’s water temple blessing and I feel the soft current of guidance moving through me—gentle, crystalline, insistent.

Water is not just water.It is a living, breathing intelligence.It is memory. It is mirror.It is a carrier of consciousness.

In “The Christ Letters: Jesus Returns, Speaks His Truth“, Yeshua reminds us that the living water is within us—that we are not meant to be merely seekers of truth but vessels of it. That when we attune to the frequencies of divine love, praise, and gratitude, the water in and around us begins to sing with remembrance.

Science now echoes what Spirit has always whispered:Water responds to vibration. Water listens. Water holds intention. And water heals.

This is why, in Bali, we are called not simply to bathe in holy springs or admire their beauty—but to activate the waters within and without. To become vessels of living water. To pour praise into the rivers. To speak truth into our cells. To remember that we are mostly water—and that water is, at its essence, divine intelligence in motion.

Can you feel it?

And I’ll be honest - Lately I’ve had to be more intentional than ever about what I allow into my field.

The world feels loud. So many conversations that circle the same path. So much media that floods the waters of our being with fear, distraction, and dissonance. It’s easy to become saturated with frequencies that were never ours to carry.

I’ve felt it in my own body. The moments I’ve cried without knowing why. The heaviness in my heart that didn’t belong to just me.

But I’ve also felt the shift. When I pause. When I listen. When I bless the waters within me. When I return to my own signature frequency—the still point where heaven lives. Where love reigns. Where joy and presence rules — even amid these times.

This is the gift of water. It receives what we give it. And it responds with clarity, with calm, with remembering.

In this sacred immersion, we are not escaping. We are returning. To rhythm. To reverence. To resonance.

We remember that water holds the key. And we are ready to turn it.

Over the weekend, I had the blessing of hosting a beautiful group of women visiting Sedona, led by a retreat leader I know and greatly respect. They came to my home, where I served cacao, and we connected heart to heart—exploring the mysteries of life, love, career, wellness, and all things mystical.

One woman had been struggling with back pain that had been plaguing her all day—the first day of her retreat. As she walked through the door, I could see the pain in her eyes. Her body was slightly bent. As she moved to sit down, the pain became more noticeable.

I asked if she would like assistance. She said yes.

Apparently, her retreat leader had told her that even though she was considering not coming to Alara’s house, she should—because she believed I could help her.

She stood for me, and I placed my hands on her back and her abdomen, as I was shown by Yeshua. Even before touching her, my hands were already warm, vibrating. This is not Reiki. This is pure divine love and absolute faith and trust that whatever is asked in the name of Spirit—and truly believed and surrendered to—can happen. I didn’t know how it would happen. I just knew that it would.

She could feel things shifting. The pain began to release. I gently encouraged the letting go, the trust, the self-love, the divine love. Her posture straightened. Her shoulders softened. I could feel that changes were being made.

I continued holding my faith, my belief, my intention, and asked for divine love to move through me. I could feel it—and so could she.

After a few moments, I could see with my inner vision that there was a tiny seed remaining—a belief, a pattern, a way of being. Perhaps something inherited, perhaps from another lifetime, or even not hers at all. As many healers do, she may have taken something on for someone else without realizing that what she was doing wasn’t truly serving herself—or the other person.

I don’t know her childhood story or how she came to carry that pattern. There are many reasons why people do. What I know from my own experience is this: we often take on others’ pain unconsciously—often beginning in childhood—as a way to stay safe, or even as a way to feel worthy. That was true for me. The more I could help someone, the better I felt about myself as a healer.

But the greatest shifts came when I anchored into my own true self-worth—when I stopped trying to fix, and simply allowed myself to be a clear vessel of compassion and love.

Empathy is often praised, but compassion is what truly serves. Empathy can cause us to absorb others’ pain, but compassion allows us to witness it without taking it on. When we carry another’s pain for them, we can unintentionally take away an opportunity for their soul’s growth. Pain can be a teacher—but it’s not the only one. And it’s not required.

Without some of the pain I experienced, I might never have learned what I did about myself, my beliefs, my self-worth. But now, I also know that love, joy, and presence are just as powerful—and often more sustainable—pathways to awakening.

So I looked at her and said, “There’s a bit of a belief system here that’s ready to be let go. Are you ready to let it go?” She said yes—already astonished at the relief she had felt, and how quickly it had come. I said, “Wonderful. I’m going to run my hand up your back on the count of three, and with it, I’ll take that last seed and throw it up to the heavens. Are you ready?”
“Yes.”
“Three…..two….one.”
I moved my hand up her spine, releasing the last of it.

She jolted slightly in delight and surprise. “I actually felt that leave, “ she said. “I felt it move up my spine and go.”

It was beautiful to witness.

This is how we began our circle that evening. I looked around the room and said, “You probably have questions.” And oh, how they did. We spoke of divine love, of Christ Consciousness, of this planet and the stars, of healing, of lifetimes, of truth.

Later that night, after a guided meditation and energy clearing I was led through by Yeshua and my guides, the same woman emerged radiant. She shared that she had seen a vision of herself as the sun—shining, radiating light.

I said, “Yes. This is the light.”

And then I asked, “If you were the sun, would anything stick to you? Would the sun take on anyone else’s pain? Or would it simply radiate and know that its light alone is enough to sustain life?”

This is the way of healing now. Not fixing. Not absorbing. But shining. This is the EverNow Path.

Many of you have followed Unmanic Monday over the years, and I’m so grateful. That rhythm served beautifully. And now, the rhythm has changed.

Truth no longer comes on a schedule. It arrives like rain on desert soil, like sunlight creating the ridge of a long-held mountain. It flows when the sacred pulse calls—and when it does, I’ll meet you here.

The EverNow Path is a space for remembering:That you are infinite.That you are not late.That your awakening is unfolding in perfect rhythm. That miracles are not exceptions—they are your nature.That Christ Consciousness lives within you, breathing, waiting, rising.

Here, I’ll share transmissions, teachings, stories from the journey, and messages meant to awaken and anchor your divine embodiment. Some will be short and sweet. Others may pour through as holy fire. But all will come from the center of my heart, and the center of this movement: to restore spiritual sovereignty and awaken the Christ Light within humanity.
