Using your Google insights inside of Google Business Profile is a game-changer, especially for those who do not have additional websites outside of the Google website (hopefully you have at least that - if not, let's talk!). Inside of Google Insights, you can see how many people called you through Google, of course, read your messages and see how many impressions you received during searches.

But what really did it for me was the ability to see the keywords people used to find your business / the keywords people used for you to receive the impressions you received.

​This may not seem important to some, but for those in the digital marketing space, this is how we help our clients get found online. This small step is what separates others' business from our client's business.

​This, to me, is the ultimate differentiator because if your client is competing against another small business that also does not have a website but rather a simple Google website, you need to know how to leverage that opportunity. (Of course, this is not the only use case, simply an example)

​And how do you do that? By using those keywords in posts and updates to drive more traffic from searchers who will use those keywords mentioned in Google Business Profile Insights.
