Greater University Service Foundation
Have a vision for St. Louis? The Greater University Service Foundation wants to hear it! The Greater University Service Foundation (GUSF) awards small grants to visionary individuals who pursue egoless community engagement projects serving the St. Louis region that might not ordinarily be funded through other grant making and funding bodies. In keeping with this purpose, the Foundation awards grants directly to individuals rather than through institutions. Recipients may be writers, activists, artists, social scientists, humanists, entrepreneurs, and more.
For more information, visit gusf.org. Applications received by Oct. 23rd will be given preference.

Today is , a global day dedicated to giving back to our communities. We hope you take a moment to give back to our St. Louis community.
The Greater University Service Foundation was founded with the purpose of making egoless dreams to improve our society a reality. With your support, that's just what we're doing every day.
Just this week, we awarded a grant to Christopher, a documentary filmmaker and resident of Canfield Green apartments, where Michael Brown lived and was tragically killed. Christopher is producing a documentary to explore the issues surrounding the death of Michael Brown and the larger issues at play in Ferguson and across the country. Christopher's preview was recently featured on public radio: http://www.scpr.org/programs/take-two/2014/11/25/40514/100-days-in-ferguson-new-film-documents-community/
We can't continue to make these investments in the St. Louis community without your support. Please visit www.gusf.org to give what you can. Thanks!
