When an automotive customer faced supplier delays, capacity constraints, and quality concerns during the ramp-up of a high-volume BMW program, EFC International stepped in with a production-ready fastening solution already in our portfolio.
By working closely with the customer’s quality, technical, and purchasing teams, EFC helped support an expedited launch and moved the project into production with an annual volume of 2.24 million pieces.
