Face Yoga Method

She wasn't supposed to cry.
It was years ago. Early days. Back when I was still figuring out what Face Yoga Method even was.
I was teaching a small group. We were working on tension release — the jaw, the forehead, the places where we hold everything we don't say out loud.
I asked them to close their eyes. Place both hands on their face. Not to press. Not to lift. Just to hold. Like you would hold something precious.
And one woman started crying.
Not the polite kind. The kind that surprises even the person it's coming from.
I stopped. I thought I had done something wrong.
But she looked up and said something I will never forget.
"I haven't touched my own face like that in so long. I forgot what it felt like to be kind to myself."
And I just stood there.
She come to me for a sharper jawline. But there was another deeper reason even she wasn't aware off.
She came because somewhere along the way, she had stopped being gentle with herself. Stopped looking. Stopped being present with the woman in the mirror.
And this simple act, hands on her own face, eyes closed, a moment of softness, cracked something open.
That day Face Yoga Method started changing its shape. At first only as a realization, but throughout the years, it became what it is today.
And it's way bigger than wrinkles. It's a way back to yourself.
So I started listening differently to what Face Yogis had to share and are still sharing with us.
I stopped counting results in before and afters and started hearing what women were actually telling me.
Every emotional, personal story I felt privileged to read. Every life-changing moment that's beyond smoothing nasolabial folds.
And throughout the years, I’ve met HER more than once. Hundreds of them where outside results never came even close to internal shift.
Women who came for the jawline and stayed because something shifted inside that no cream or needle could ever touch.
They remind me every day why I do this.
