I’m kind of old school. So if you have a resume with references to email to me that doesn’t look like it was done in crayon that would be a plus. Supervisory skill is a plus too. However, if you can provide competent labor even at a new apprentice level I can put you to work. This company has been in business for 2 1/2 years. I’ve had as many as 50 people in my employ in years past and building in that direction again. If you are serious so am I. If you are just looking to put a few bucks in your pocket... keep looking.
