A sheet of our handmade plantable seed paper takes longer to make than most people realize. Cotton and abaca fibers get pulped, poured, pressed, and left to dry for a full day. We've been doing it this way for more than 25 years, and the process hasn't changed much because it doesn't need to.

The small variations from sheet to sheet are part of what makes handmade paper different from the alternative.

May is one of the best months for planting in Missouri, and it’s also a good time to rethink the paper products already in your home.

Our Plantable Seed Paper Stationery is made from 100% recycled cotton and abaca fibers, embedded with 12 varieties of perennial wildflower seeds. When you or your loved ones are done with it, plant it in the soil to grow beautiful wildflowers to enjoy for years to come. https://castpaperart.com/seed-paper/handmade-plantable-seed-paper-2/
