Rare treat! Blue Ewe by Glendale Shepherd is usually made just once a year so I was very happy to score a wedge at the Capitol Hill Seattle Farmers Markets this weekend.

Creamy sheep's milk blue cheese with a natural rind made on Whidbey Island.

Our Calvander cheese won Best American Inspirational Cheese at the Got to be NC Dairy Competition. Inspired by Asiago, it is usually aged 7 months or more from our delicious Jersey cows' milk. It can be grated or enjoyed as an appetizer and it's a favorite of customers and chefs. Find it at our farmers markets in Carrboro and downtown Durham on Saturday, restaurants, and shops in the Mid-Atlantic states.
