Rasch Automotive does not utilize a flat rate pay system but instead uses an hourly plus shop revenue bonus structure enabling our team the ability to service our clients vehicles with the utmost attention to quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have own tools
Must have Missouri Vehicle Inspector License (Safety and Emissions)
ASE Certifications are preferred but not necessary. We can get you certified and WE pay for your certification!
Must have valid driver's license
Computer and communication skills
