"FOR SALE BY OWNER, MOMMA!!" when we were just starting Homecoming Realty in 2007. Some of my clients probably remember, pulling up to showings, with him in tow, in his car seat, to view a home!! Matt has seen the ups and downs in real estate, he has seen the great days, and the not so great days of the business!! He has been in so many houses with us as he has grown up, learning and watching the business, understanding the dedication and commitment that goes into our clients and these homes!! This young man has passed his real estate exam, all while attending college full time, and juggling a lawn business and being promoted to manager at his job at the rink!
