Our St. Louis interns traded their desks and working boots for some rounds of pickleball at Padel+Pickle . The afternoon was filled with lots of laughs, new Murphy memories, and great food from Dewey's Pizza.

🌟 Project Spotlight 🌟

Murphy Company is proud to highlight our work at MilliporeSigma, a leading life science company that provides products, services, and solutions that support research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, and manufacturing around the world.

As part of this fast-paced project, Murphy was subcontracted to install a new 250 HP steam boiler for system redundancy along with three heating water boilers. With a substantial completion deadline of January 1, 2026, the project required quick decision-making and seamless coordination to keep the schedule on track.

When the originally specified heating water boilers became unavailable, our team's strong vendor relationships proved invaluable. We quickly sourced three alternative boilers that met the required performance specifications, ensuring the project remained on schedule without compromising quality or reliability.

Following installation, tie-ins, and startup activities, Murphy successfully transitioned equipment controls to MilliporeSigma, allowing their facility to maintain continuous manufacturing operations with no disruption to production.

This project highlights the dedication, adaptability, and expertise of our team. By overcoming procurement challenges and meeting an aggressive schedule, Murphy delivered a reliable solution that supports our customer's operations both now and into the future.

Murphy Company’s Colorado Get Work team recently wrapped up a team bonding event at F1 Arcade Denver!

The team brought their competitive spirit and put their racing skills to the test on the F1 racecar simulators. It was a great opportunity to celebrate the hard work that everyone has contributed to for a successful year - thank you to everyone for your dedication and commitment.

Murphy employees rolled up their sleeves at The Community Farm in Arvada, CO for our annual Intern Volunteer Day! It was a beautiful day spent building fences, repairing gates, and tackling maintenance projects that support the farm and its mission.

The event provided a great opportunity for interns and employees to step away from their daily routines, collaborate outside the office, strengthen relationships, and give back to the community. As an added bonus, participants enjoyed spending time with the farm’s friendly animals, including some especially adorable baby goats.
