The Restorative Pulse Podcast by Integrate Network
05/05/2022
Alright, y’all our latest podcast is BACK with a *Giveaway* AND an awesome conversation with Yin Yoga Teacher and Trainer, Gabrielle Harris
Gabrielle helps yogis everywhere to feel inspired. She does this through the power of the word and teaching others how to be creative, dynamic and professional teachers.
Her love for the practice of yin yoga prompted her to write ‘The Language of Yin’ which is a guide for teaching and practising yin. The book was a finalist in the Ashton Wylie Awards for Mind Body Spirit writing and is a best seller in the yoga genre. The Inspired Yoga Teacher, her second book, is the yang version of her yin.

It’s been a minute, y’all!
Hey! We have a new podcast up and ready to go with GUEST hosts and Integrate Providers
Kaye Wilkinson and Amanda Jane
A candid chat with Amanda Jane and Kaye Wilkinson as we cover all the ins and outs of their upcoming 300HR Trauma-Informed Movement Facilitator Training (Starting October 25, Online & Interactive). This training allows you to learn the skills to share trauma informed practices that include yoga, embodiment, and somatic therapies with all people and all bodies. You will have access to a global international community of like minded individuals who are interested to find ways to utilise all the innate wisdom within our bodies and our nervous system to find restoration.
This is not just a training with a certificate of completion; this is a new way of being, seeing and doing throughout all areas of life. This training will have an impact on the way you hold space for yourself, as well as a profound impact on the relationship to your work. You will gain the ability to work with complex and developmental trauma and everything in between. We also unpack vicarious trauma and what we hold within ourselves as we do this work alongside others and approach life from this lens.
A transcript is available for those who need it in the podcast description
