These three beautiful humans are constantly teaching me and reminding me about living my best life.
This morning, my 6-year-old son was bringing his laundry downstairs and I told him I was proud of him for doing so. His response - "I'm proud of myself for doing my own laundry."
Such a simple task but such an important reminder and lesson. The only person you need to impress in this world is yourself. Living your truth, focusing on your values and cultivating self worth is so important.
I often forget this lesson myself as I continue to build my biz and chase the next goal. External validation can bring energy but being unable to move forward without it can be dangerous.
