We had this customer contact us for some issues with the fuel hose reels.

These systems operate manually, taking the hoses out and uses a motor to reel the hose back in. The customers complaint is that the chains are falling off the sprockets.

We evaluated the system and have adjusted what we could for the chain and sprocket adjustment.

There were two motors that were adjusted to the max and needed a new chain, and one needed a new sprocket from being bent.

The third hose reel we needed to diagnose why it was not retracting. During our electronic test we came up with the motor has failed and will need to be replaced.

Being that these trucks are leased out through Phillip 66 our main contact resides in Texas. They usually overnight ship parts to get these units back up and going as quickly as possible.

That being said, we are incredibly honored to be able to have served this customer for nearly 8 years. We’ve built a trust over a states away that we can accomplish anything for them.
