The 21 Day Discipline Over Desire Reset is opening on March 26th‼️🚀

The 21 Day D.O.D Reset is my 3 week clean eating challenge that interrupts cycles of unhealthy eating, so that you can build a consistent healthy eating routine 💪🏾

For 21 days, we are GOING BACK TO THE BASICS of clean eating and healthy living:
- eating whole food meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
- drinking 1/2 our body weight in ounces of water (OR 64oz water)
- getting in 30-60 minutes of movement
- consuming the Word of God! 🤲🏾

No strange diets, no fads, no juice cleanses. Just REAL FOOD 🙌🏾

So, if you’re someone in ministry and leadership who has had to put their health on the back burner, then this is for you‼️🥹

Progress is built through our consistency and not in our perfectionism.

It would be better for you to eat clean, healthy meals 5 days out of the week at 75% effort, than to try to eat “perfect” the first 2 days and then fall off the rest of the week.

Breaking the mindset of perfectionism in your eating habits will require you to settle for consistency over intensity.

Now, of course, strategy matters; planning matters. So this doesn’t mean that we won’t refine and correct the small things along the way.

But the point remains: getting is DONE is always gonna be better than getting it PERFECT!


Next week I’m opening enrollment for my 21 Day Discipline Over Desire Reset where we are going back to the basics of clean eating.
