20 bicep double concentration curls
20 tricep double-arm overhead press
20 push-ups
50 crunches
20 scissors - hold for 10 seconds after last rep
20 donkey-kicks (both legs)
20 high-knees (both legs)
20 unweighted Deep squats
1 minute rest in between each set.
