I do the hvac maintenance at this place. They have an after school program and summer camp for at risk kids.
This closet has been an issue for the entire time. I drove away thinking it would be nice if I could help this place one day. Then I thought I can help now. So, I asked Brian Daniel if he could help and through Lowes he donated all the materials needed for the project except the coffin box. My counter guy Jose at Johnstone supply personally paid for it. Special shout out to Manuel Perez did an amazing job helping me.
Now, this floor is safe can be used as storage and is no longer a health hazard.

On Fernandina beach the customer expressed how hot the garage was durning the summer months. I told them " I can remedy that"

We removed all the ductwork from this property .
It was leaking and damaged. New ductwork coming soon.
