Day 172 - Speaking My Truth

"Where am I learning to speak more honestly?"

I am learning to speak more honestly in the places that matter most—
within myself, with the people I love, and through the work I am called to do.

For much of my life, I learned to soften my truth, remain silent, or make myself smaller to maintain relationships, avoid conflict, or gain acceptance.
But becoming has taught me that honesty is not cruelty, and authenticity is not rebellion.

Today, I am learning to say what I mean, honor what I feel, and trust what I know.
I no longer want a life that requires me to suppress my voice.

Speaking honestly begins with being honest with myself.

My voice deserves to be heard, and my truth deserves to be spoken.

Day 170 - My Own Direction

"What happens when I trust myself without permission?"

For much of my life, I looked outside myself for approval, validation, and confirmation before moving forward.
I wanted reassurance that I was making the "right" choice.

What I am learning now is that trusting myself does not require anyone else's permission.
It requires faith in my own wisdom, experience, and ability to navigate whatever comes next.

When I trust myself without permission, I stop waiting at the crossroads.
I choose a direction and move forward.
I may not know exactly where the path will lead, but I know I can trust myself to walk it.

Every meaningful step in my Becoming Journey began when I stopped asking for permission and started listening to myself.

The permission I was waiting for was my own. 🌳✨💙
