Hope everyone had an fabulous Thanksgiving! What was on your menu? We did Cauliflower Soup, Shrimp Stuffed Baked Potatoes, Bacon Wrapped Smoked Turkey. We are so grateful to have family with us and some new friends- who we only just met - graciously accept our invitation to celebrate with us!

Dinner at home! We love having company and sharing meals in our new home. This was one of Shane's "throw togethers". Miso shrimp stock, soba noodles, shrimp, green onion, cilantro.
*Pro tip: Buy your shrimp with shells on or better yet, whole, use the shells and heads in your stock to make a simple, yet amazingly complex stock for any dish! 🍜
