Welch Digital Marketing

I started Welch Marketing in 2020 (technically I started before this doing contract work).

Growing my business came naturally, because I only cared about 3 things.

1) I want to be the absolute best.

The best marketer. The best boss. The best teammate. The best entrepreneur. I’m still working achieving each of these, but the motivation exists 7 years later.

2) I want our clients to succeed.

I seriously care about each and every one of our clients. I know their team personally. I know their brand, products and values intimately. Their is an innate, undying desire to help them, completely independent of money.

3) I want a better system.

I don’t see marketing as a one size fits all. I don’t think you can mass produce marketing. And yet, I saw/see these massive California and Utah agencies bolting on a universal pod of marketers like a mold. Rinse. Repeat. Rinse. Repeat. And I saw how these generic approaches negatively affected each unique business because I took over their accounts. It didn’t work. I knew I could do better, but I had to refrain from the typical agency model. Thank you for supporting our small business!
