It's been a while. I've been in a phase of taking lots of action in the back end of my business, but not actually putting anything out there. Creating content + resources that I know will be helpful-but not actually showing up. The mind gremlins got the best of me this last season.
You know the ones.
The "you're not good enough"
The "who are you to help women in their businesses"
The "what does it matter that you show up-you'll just go MIA again"
While it sucks, I know it is a signal I'm on the right track. My brain is fighting me hard to keep me in my comfort zone.
