Happy Employee Appreciation Day to all y'all hard workers out there!

Today is Random Acts of Kindness Day. Around here, kindness is just part of doing business the right way and not for clout.

Kindness is explaining coverage, returning a telephone call, and helping folks make sound decisions before they ever need to file a claim.

That’s how we were taught to do it, and that’s the way it ought to stay. Today’s a good reminder that doing right by people still matters, and it still works.
