Construction is planned finally. Been a long slow process but it is coming along! Can't wait to see all of your faces!

The key to good authentic marinara good sweet tomatoes.. San marzano, or cherry tomatoes. Good sofrito heavy on carrots. Don't blend up. Hand mash and leave chunky. Fresh basil!! Chef tip. Don't chop the basil on cutting board. You break it with your fingers and drop it in. Don't lose that flavor and juice on a cutting board!

Little delight for the close friends and family last night. Was Fantastic!

Final equipment is almost here.
