Errm, looks like we are back to this again...

Side note: The next 2 boxes in my line after the barrels I do today, are gonna take a week each is my best guess. They are both very involved projects that are gonna require some dedication to details and perfection.

I am sorry for the delays but I am doing my best to keep the line moving. If you have any questions, please shoot me a message here. I am just as behind on my emails as I am on my work load and thats to help ease my backlog times. Once I get past these 2 big projects, I will start to reply to emails and open the flood gates some.

I havent had a chance to do custom like this in a while. Just a little sneak peak behind the curtain. Its not just mount it in and cut. LOTS OF MATH and critical thinking to make it mirrored cuts on both sides. Gotta ensure I dont go too deep on the lower tube and placement of the rail windows is critical.

Time to finish the other side and call it a day. I think I am on barrels tomorrow, I honestly dont remember though.

One of these days I may get caught up but right now I am quite behind still. Here is one of the bigger jobs I had on my plate for a while.

Basically just 2 feedneck cuts, milled the sights to fit on the rails of the bodys, added 4 x 4-40 set screws to secure the sights to the bodys, and then freak both barrels. The biggest issue with this was getting the feedneck height just right so the fin of a dye rotor will clear the sight. Prolly took me longer than it should have to figure it all out but that job is done and in the past.

Today, I am heading to the big shop to work on a pile of stuff for CockerTop Paintball and a rush job that got delayed in shipping for almost an extra week (package took an extra side trip to Seattle and back.
