A big shout out to Megan at the Coos Bay Subway. She was the only employee to show up for work yesterday. She could have elected to not open, but there she was: doing the work of four people like a woman possessed! At least ten people were in line when I was there, but everyone patiently waited as she furiously prepared everyone's meals, cashed us out and had us on our way in just a few short minutes. Well done, Megan!!!
