Valley Blue Decor

Most of you probably know that Valley Blue Décor, Melissa Hamlin has moved to Springfield, MO. I wanted to expand my craft show business and what better way to do that is to move closer to the Ozark's. So here we are in Springfield. Our house in Wichita is on the market and we bought a smaller home here in Springfield. We are in the process of building a workshop in our backyard so that I can put all my inventory and treasures along with creating space, all in one spot. We will continue to return to Wichita for 3 of our best shows and to visit our kids and grandkids. I already have signed up for the Elizabeth Ann Seton show, Spirit Bazaar in Goddard and will participate in the Magdalene shows. If you come to any of the big shows in Branson or surrounding areas, please check to see if I am in that one. As always thank you so much for all of your kind words, purchases and encouragement over the last 8 years.

Just in case you were wondering where has Valley Blue Decor gone, here is the scoop! I always take January off each year to rest the hands from all of the crafting, plus down time to spend with the family. For those of you that attended one of the Robinson in Hutchinson, Winfield, Wellington or Anthony shows in December you probably noticed I wasn't there. In my place my wonderful husband took up the task of setting up, selling and tearing down. He did a great job and I am so grateful. I had two different health problems and was down (literally) and out for 6 weeks. Started down hill the day after Thanksgiving and didn't start feeling better until the middle of January. So much for a relaxing and care free January.
The good news is I am feeling better and have been busy with so many new projects for all of the Spring shows coming up. Here is the schedule for the next several months.

March 2, Salt City Vintage Market, Hutchinson Fairgrounds 9-3

April 13, Belle Plaine Downtown Festival 9-5
April 20, Hutchinson Women's Show 9-3 at Fairgrounds
April Canton Market at McPherson Fairgrounds 9-3
