Can Vegetables Be "Bad" For You? 😱

The benefits of these nutrient dense foods are infinite.
However, many compounds within NIGHTSHADE VEGETABLES have been shown to cause inflammation in some people. 🍎🍆🫑🥔🌶

Nightshade foods are known to be inflammatory to those with chronic issues due to the natural chemical it produces.

It can flare up join tissues, digestive symptoms, and other present inflammatory diseases.

🌟Typically those with the following chronic conditions may have have difficulty digesting nightshades:

*Rheumatoid arthritis
*Any joint issues
*Digestive issues or “IBS”
*Autoimmune disease (Hashimoto’s, graves, etc.)

🌟Everyone is different and your symptoms will vary. But these are some of the ways it presents itself in the body:
