We’re calling on our community—our Xcape family, our dancers, our alumni, our neighbors, and YOU—to help us make a once-in-a-lifetime dream a reality.
Xcape Dance Academy has been a space of joy, resilience, creativity, and community for over a decade. We’ve provided barrier-free, inclusive, high-energy dance education to hundreds of dancers of all ages and backgrounds. We’ve built more than a program—we’ve built a movement. And now, it’s time to secure a permanent home for that movement.
The Opportunity
Our beloved studio at 1416 W 7th Ave in Eugene is officially up for sale—and we have the rare chance to purchase the building and make Xcape a forever part of our city’s cultural heartbeat.
Owning our building means:

💪🏾A permanent, thriving home for dance in our community
💪🏾More opportunities to grow, serve, and elevate the next generation of artists

This campaign will help us cover the down payment, closing costs, and initial safety/renovation needs to make the building ours.
