Nevertheless, In view of the 14th Amendment and in conjunction with the Equal Protection Clause’s discriminatory practices defined jurisdiction under jurisprudence. And in 2023, these jurisdiction and practices instead are unconstitutional practices & violation of both Equal Protection Clause and 14th Amendment. The law and jurisdictions by Justice has evolved new procedures and rules by virtue of interpretation and values of diversity.
